Visual Studio Setup

Use the ``Add Reference'' facility to add references in a project to:

• Coherent.PDFTools.dll
• FSharp.Core.dll

The ``Add Reference'' facility is located differently in each version of Visual Studio - see the documentation. The Toolkit is now ready for use.
